Delivery is handled by a 3rd party service. We cannot be held responsible for the time of delivery nor for any undelivered orders, items or products. Shoppy.co.il will make all of its best efforts to ensure that your delivery is received within a 3 hour delivery window at the time and date agreed upon.

Please be advised that we require all pertinent information regarding the delivery location and address including but not limited to street number, street name, apartment number, floor number, entrance letter or number, city name, elevator access, access or entry codes and any other information deemed pertinent. Failure to provide this information can result in a lost delivery or an undelivered order and Shoppy.co.il reserves the right to cancel the order without compensation if the appropriate and correct information was not provided by the customer.
