Refund policy

  • If you are unhappy with a product that you purchase from Shoppy for any reason, simply tell us within a day, and we will provide you with a credit for the purchase price on your next order. Please contact our customer service staff and we will make all the necessary arrangements.
  • Any damaged or wrongly delivered item will be credited to your account on your next order.
  • If an item you choose is not in inventory, we reserve the right to replace the item with an equivalent product. We will adjust the price if the product is less expensive, and we will not charge more if the product is more expensive.
  • We will not be giving any cash refunds for purchases done. Please contact customer support for further clarifications. We will give you instructions for receiving a credit on your next order.
